Both parties must protect non-public information exchanged during pre-sales and project delivery.

The Company applies reasonable safeguards for data and information protection, subject to legal requirements.

8) Limitation of Liability

The Company performs services with professional care; however, outcomes may depend on external factors beyond direct control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless explicitly stated in contract.

9) Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for misuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

Termination of contracted services follows the termination clauses in the governing agreement.

10) Amendments

The Company may revise these Terms when needed. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of revised terms where legally applicable.

11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
